Abe & Arthur's and Simyone Lounge

Abe & Arthur's and Simyone Lounge
Abe & Arthur's Abe & Arthur's resides in the former Lotus space which means it has some pretty big shoes to fill. Franklin Becker is the chef at this massive yet chic American restaurant where Seafood Towers from the raw bar and $88 black angus steaks are what's on the menu. The main show is in the main dining room fitted with orange banquettes, high ceilings and smoky mirrors but there is also an upstairs area for a quieter dinner. Just remember that your evening has only just begun. [Photo via] SL Out the door and a sharp turn to your right you'll come across an unassuming door and a set of velvet ropes. This means you've reached your next destination, SL. This lounge, named after owner Eugine Remm's grandfather, is far from your typical lounge. The entrance features a long bar area and a few tables but like Abe & Arthur's the main action is in the back room. The ICrave designed space features X-Rays and some new renovations, bringing a very impressive lighting system to the club. The door can be tough but Matt Oliver is known to be one of the nicest doormen in the city so if you don't get in, at least the rejection won't be too harsh.
