Resting atop the Caribbean sea on bamboo stilts sits Basil's Bar. What started as a tiny rum shack 30 years ago has transformed into Mustique Island's hottest restaurant and bar. Over the years, the great drinks, food, and views of Basil's Bar has entertained a slew of A-listers from royalty to Hollywood stars. Basil's Bar opens at 8am 365 days a year and closes each day when the last man leaves.
