Friday is a tough night to peg, given most NY locals are locked in their apartments either resting up from "thirsty Thursday" or hiding from infiltration of Jersey folks. But there's no shortage of cool kids at W.I.P. In fact, the police shut it down two weeks ago for going over capacity. And the clock hadn't even struck 1 a.m.!
