What: The newest nightlife spot on the list is part of the buzziest new hotel in the city. 11 Howard is injecting some of the stylish, elegant, and artistic touches Aby Rosen is known for in his first downtown hotel. But as much as we're excited to splurge on a staycation in one of the rooms, the bar is where you're more likely to find us. Run by former Beatrice Inn gatekeepers Julio Montero and Angelo Bianchi, along with Charles Rosen, the bar is already attracting models, artists, and everyone else you want to rub shoulders with in New York.
