8. BlackTail, New York
With it's old school charm and dark wooden accents, it's surprising that BlackTail has only been open a year in New York. Already, though, it has managed to top just about every best-of list out there. Cuban cocktails are their specialty, so don't miss the Mojito or Nacional.
