This Midtown West hotel is a newcomer on the happy hour scene, but it's modern decor and spacious outdoor patio (with views of Columbus Circle) attracts a young and stylish after-work crowd. Specials at the hotel's 4th floor bar and restaurant include $4 wines and complimentary bar bites (though some Yelp reviewers point out that there was nothing complimentary in sight), and also reduced prices on the small-plates Asian-inspired menu.
