When it came to choosing the location, Austin wanted to avoid typical neighborhoods in Brooklyn, going for a relatively nightlife-free part of Chelsea. He explains,
"It's too easy to write you off – y'know, dudes with curly mustaches in Brooklyn... I wanted to circumvent the part that makes people think, 'I know what that is.'"
