We'd like to take a minute to bring your attention to those less fortunate this season. On Tuesday, the NY Giants' Aaron Ross and Olympian Sanya Richards joined the Daily News and City Harvest at the Engine 26 Firehouse as part of the News' 26th Annual Food Drive, traditionally the city's biggest food drive, which is aiming to top last year's record donation of 800,000 pounds of food.  This year, the need is compounded by the bad economy and a food shortage that's depleting food pantries around the city.  From today to Jan. 9, those with the means are being urged to drop off food cans at any city firehouse, police station, Modell's Sporting Goods store or The News' lobby at 450 W. 33rd St., near 10th Ave.
