Of course, no stay and play is complete without plenty of delicious indulgence. Luckily for guests, the resort boasts four fine-dining eateries and five ultra-luxe bars and lounges. Go for prime cuts at Rockwell's, fresh seafood at Aqueous, or take a leap of faith at the whimsical culinary dreamland that is Lautrec (named for the French painter whose original works are indeed on display), where no two meals are ever the same. Whichever option you choose (that night), you're sure to be in good hands with Executive Chef Kristin A. Butterworth, who oversees all of Nemacolin's restaurants.
