"We completely reimagined the guest experience from top to bottom, while still providing the creative and emotional touchpoints our guests have come to expect," says Mr. Manuel Martinez, General Manager of The Mark. "A great example of this is our Mark Safety Kit, which is presented to our guests on arrival and features a Mark branded mask, hand sanitizer, wipes, and gloves. It’s important to us to maintain our creative spirit and have a little bit of fun in the face of all these challenges."
