1.5 oz. Ginger Beer
Dash of cherry juice
Garnish: Cherry stuffed lychee nut, soaked in ginger brandy
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and serve in a Martini glass. Garnish with a cherry stuffed lychee "eyeball"
