Ellis Island can be yours for an evening! The twelve-acre islet can be rented after 6 p.m. and used as a venue for your summer soiree. The island can accommodate anywhere from 50 to 1,200 guests. The downside: seeing that you are surrounded by water, you will have to charter ferries to transport your guests at a steep price of $10,000.
