Sunset Wednesdays at Wave Hill
While this urban oasis may be just a few subway stops away, you'll feel like you're deep in the countryside once set you set foot in sprawling garden and museum space. Formerly a private a estate, Wave Hill's 28 acres overlook the Palisades and The Hudson River, providing viewers with unparalleled waterside views.
On Wednesdays through August 14th, the gardens stay open until 8:30pm so that you can take in the sunset while also checking out some of many activities the site has to offer. Yoga classes are held weekly as well as live music performances by local artists and arts exhibitions in Wave Hill's Glyndor Gallery.
