Seagull Salon is a four chair hair salon in the West Village. The salon opened its doors in 1971, and was the first unisex barbershop in NYC. Continuing its liberating tradition are the current owners, lead stylist Shaun Cottle and musician Johanna Fateman. Seagull is known for catering to the likes of artists, hence the pastel trend is a popular demand here, usually done by stylist Sarah. Expect to pay between $150 - $300.
