Maybe it's a bit cliche, but Central Park is truly one of the best picnic spots in the city. One of our favorite picnic spots at this location is the Great Lawn, which runs from 79th to 85th street. Or for a little more romance, you can sit right by the pond towards the southeast of the park and feed the ducks, or head on over to Cherry Hill to sit under the large, majestic cherry blossom trees.
