Check Out Some Historical Sites

Looking for some history with your drink? Make sure you check out The Stonewall Inn and Julius'. While most people know of The Stonewall Uprising, Julius' is also one of the city’s oldest bars and part of the 1966 "sip-in" that was a protest on regulations that prohibited bars from serving drinks to gay men or lesbians. It just was listed on the National Register of Historic Places thanks to the support of NYC LGBT Historical Sites Project as they continue to add more LGBT sites added to the national registry.

Need another reason to drink here? There are great happy hour specials all week and a chance to see the legendary Lady Bunny!
