Fashion Week is a bonafide whirlwind. And while the models stomping the runway, and the stars hitting the step and repeats are in for a run-around time, the people running the real marathon are the management behind them making it all happen.

Jessie Rubenstein, the Executive Assistant to Drew Hunter, VP of Talent at ONE Management, is racking up some serious Fashion Week miles.

It's always an early start at the office, assuring each client’s calendar is up to date so that I can send them their schedule for the day. Even when that's done, I'm consistently reaching out to designers and PR firms to confirm our clients sitting front row at shows and attending events. Then I have them dressed by the designer and schedule fittings or provide any selects they may need. Glam always starts at least 2 hours before the show/event. After a day of catching up on emails and organizing client schedules, it's off to event hopping with clients. And oh, there are always lots of events. Tonight?
