Where: Metropolitan Pavilion Other details: Last night at the Metropolitan Pavillion, Design on a Dime hosted a private reception celebrating a decade of design exhibits and its second annual Groundbreakers Awards Gala. Upon arrival, guests were greeted with champagne and a private viewing of the vignettes that go on display after the night's private viewing. Mitchel Gold, Bob Williams, Miles Reed and Lara Spencer were honored as recipients of the award this year for their dedication and support, as guests dined in the grand ballroom of the Pavillion. Attendees were able to bid on 29 different clocks, with all proceeds going to benefit Housing Works and its mission to end HIV/AIDS in NY by the year 2020.
