Other details: For the fourth year in a row, ELLE magazine has partnered with School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Maybelline to support the innovative spirit of fashion’s next generation. Emerging designers Savannah Cipriano presented a collection of vinyl skirts and Carlie Hougen had a plaid overcoat as centerpiece. The two took home the grand prizes of $25,000.
