Other details: The best and brightest Major Leauge Soccer players came out last night to celebrate the launch of EA Sports' FIFA14. Guest of honor Tim Cahill was greeted to 200 of his supporters as they rallied with him against hip-hop star Drake in a video game showdown set to the musical stylings of producer extraordinaire Swizz Beatz. Swizz told us exclusively that although he didn't produce any tracks for Drake's new album,
Nothing Was The Same, he provided much inspiration for the record through long talks and frequent hang out sessions. Upon Drake's arrival, madness ensued outside of The Union Square Ballroom. Models dressed as sexy referees handed out #teamdrake and #teamcahill towels while hors d'oeuvres and cocktails flowed generously. Guests left with an official copy of the new game out now for XBox 360.
