Other details: Last night, designer Luke Irwin, who counts members of the Rolling Stones and the British aristocracy amongst his clients, presented his new rug collection at Patterson, FLynn, & Martin, the first US retailer of the British brand. The brand is notable for creating luxurious rugs that can often be found in the homes of celebrities and notable clientele. The newest collection, Ozymandias, was inspired by the namesake poem by Shelley. To celebrate this partnership, a party was hosted in the D&D building showroom of Patterson Flynn & Martin, where interior designers had champagne and canapes and were able to view the collection in person. Guests then headed to Margaux at the Marlton Hotel for an intimate, celebratory dinner in honor of the collection launch. The private room in the back was decorated with beautiful floral arrangements, as designers, architects, and other notables in the interiors industry gathered for the dinner. A decadent offering of burrata with leeks, delicately prepared chicken and fish, and panna cotta with sorbet was served as the guests discussed their week at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair events. Flowers were done by former Moda Operandi Creative Director Taylor Tomasi Hill, who has recently launched her floral design company TTH Blooms and were given as gifts to the departing guests.
