Other details: Last night, the High Line Spring Benefit took place at Skylight at Moynihan Station. The annual event serves as one of the biggest fundraisers for the park, and last night was in celebration of the final section which will be completed this year. The industrial space of Skylight was softened and made chic with vines hanging in the entryway, long, sheer curtains enclosing the room, and a large pool of water in the center with lit candles floating about. Multiple bars served the room, which was filled up with hundreds of people in no time. The crowd was filled with some of New York's top leaders in finance, arts, and real estate, who all came together to support the amazing project. Notable guests indulged in cocktails and amuse bouche including actor Zachary Quinto, designer Lisa Perry, Barneys CEO Mark Lee, and hedge fund champion Bill Ackman. Shortly after, the guests were ushered into the grand dining room where a fruit and cheese plate was already laid out on every table and dinner was served to the generous supporters of the High Line.
