Relais & Châteaux Celebrates Its 60th Anniversary

Other details: Last night, Relais and Chateaux celebrated its 60th anniversary with a dinner at the French Consulate in NY. Guests enjoyed canapés prepared by Eleven Madison Park Chef Daniel Humm, which included delicious Foie Gras Terrine with Grape and Black Pepper Sable as well as Oysters Vichyssoise with Caviar. Guests paired their meal with Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2006 Champagne throughout the evening. To continue the celebration, North America will play host to 30 dinners with 60 chefs throughout the country. This includes events on October 3rd at Per Se in NYC, October 9th at Camden Harbour Inn in Camden, ME, and October 14th and 16th at Daniel in NYC. Tickets and more information are available HERE.
