Other details: We celebrated the start of the spooky season last night at Hendrick's Gin's Emporium of the Unusual, a pop-up cocktail space currently taking over Chelsea Market. Filled with astounding sights, strange characters, and, most importantly, delicious Hendrick's cocktails, the Emporium of the Unusual provides quite the experience. Between a very Alice In Wonderland-esque tea party inside a giant woman's dress and grabbing playing cards from a disembodied hand in the wall, we made the rounds and tried creative Hendrick's cocktails mixed by some of NYC's most notable bartenders, including Ivy Mix, Tim Cooper, and Jillian Vose. An awe-inspiring performance by a duo of of acrobats rounded out the fun and kooky night. The Emporium of the Unusual will be open to the general public from Thursday October 2nd – Saturday October 4th, so don't miss out!
