Designers, celebrities and fashion notables came out for the CFDA Awards; Lady Gaga performed with Patti Labelle at the Top of the Standard; Marc Jacobs celebrated his Lifetime Achievement Award at Monkey Bar; Matt Damon hung out with the RHONY and Mayor Bloomberg at Gracie Mansion; Carey Mulligan did her thing on Broadway and more. Michael Kors presented to  Hilary Alexander; Iris Apfel presented  Accessories Designer of the Year award to Alexander Wang;  Michael Bastian received the Menswear Designer of the Year award from Gerard Butler, and Hal Rubenstein received the Eleanor Lambert award from Jessica Alba. Kanye West took the stage for Phoebe Philo.  The evenings other big winners were Lady Gaga, Eddie Borgo, Robert Geller, Prabal Gurung,  and Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez of Proenza Schouler, who won Womenswear Designers of the Year. Other Details: The Made in NY awards go to people and institutions for "significant contributions" to the city’s entertainment and new media industries. Matt Damon, John Leguizamo, NBC Universal Entertainment & Digital Networks and Integrated Media chairman Lauren Zalaznick, the late Sidney Lumet and location-based social network Foursquare were among those honored at the sixth annual Made In NY Awards ceremony. Opening night party for Atlantic Theater Company's THROUGH A GLASS DARKLY

Other Details: The Atlantic Theater Company’s stage adaptation of Ingmar Bergman's Through a Glass Darkly opened last night and stars Carey Mulligan. She tells NY Mag: "With all plays, it’s hard to immediately shut down. I wish I went home and fell right asleep, but I just can’t manage to sleep till 1:30 or 2 a.m. Like, last night I watched The Bourne Ultimatum until around two in the morning. And I don’t nap during the day because I’ll wake up thinking about the show, and there’s too much on my mind to sleep." [Via]

Unlike their Boston outpost, the Manhattan space will introduce a brand new concept for the company: a 23,000 square foot ‘food hall’ featuring a high-end selection of gourmet cuisine.
