Other details: Last night, bid-happy guests filled the large, brick-lined hall at the Bowery Hotel to clink cocktails and support organizations such as amfAR, Children in Crisis, and Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research. Gavel&Grand's "The Bucket List Auction" highlights included VIP access to a Hamptons International Film Festival screening hosted by Alec Baldwin, red carpet access to the the final season premiere of HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, and a trip to London, among other exciting auctions. Specialty drinks were aptly named in the luxurious manner of the event - "The London Mule," "First Class," "Hampton Holiday," and "The Boardwalk." With music by the Misshapes and attractions like a travel-themed photo booth and a fortune teller, fun was surely had by all.
