Last Night's Parties: Jeff Koons Launches His New Collaboration With H&M, Amy Adams Stuns At Her Max Mara Campaign Celebration & More!

Other details: The H&M store at 5th Avenue filled with guests last night to celebrate its opening and collaboration with American artist, Jeff Koons. H&M's fall collection will feature a specially-designed leather handbag featuring one of Koons' most iconic works, the Balloon Dog, printed on the front. H&M passed out the bag to guests for a first-chance opportunity to purchase the limited-edition handbag. Guests also shopped throughout the evening and scored the first chance to grab the newest clothing featured throughout the five-story building. At the front of the store, a 470 square foot LED screen featured images of Koons' work as well as sayings such as "Fashion Loves Art" and the store's logo. Celebrities, artists, models, and the night's other VIP guests entered on a red carpet, getting their photos taken against a Jeff Koons x H&M backdrop. [Jeff Koons] Two of the night's celebrity guests, Ashley Benson and Olivia Wilde, wore black H&M looks and carried the Jeff Koons Balloon Dog handbag to finish their looks. Servers at the event passed out gin cocktails, glasses of wine or sparkling water, as well as delicious appetizers such as mini fish tacos with a black bean dip, bite-sized sandwiches toasted and branded with Koons' Balloon Dog, golden chocolates, and strawberry ice cream pops. An open bar also served a selection of drinks to the guests' liking. Throughout the evening, upbeat music, featuring artists such as Justin Timberlake, Michael Jackson, and Sam Smith, kept up the energetic vibe of the party, while a live performance by Birdy brought guests together for a more romantic listening at her piano. Birdy's stunning voice boomed throughout the venue as she covered works such as The XX's "Shelter."
