Other details: Last night, Vogue and Stephanie LaCava hosted a Fall 2014 preview for Parisian label Carven. The mirrored walls inside Carven’s SoHo shop glistened with fashion A-Listers, including Moda Operandi’s Indre Rockefeller, Shala Monroque, Sofia Sanchez Barrenechea, and Genevieve Jones. Vogue’s Cynthia Smith caught up with Rockefeller amidst Guillaume Henry’s playful Carven collection. Joined by Vogue’s Grace Fuller, Smith chatted alongside DJ Chelsea Leyland. Eagerly greeting guests, host Stephanie LaCava stunned in an emerald Carven frock. Jenna Gibbon wowed guests when she emerged from the fitting room wearing a white, cropped, criss-cross top and matching skirt. Thigh-high boots lined the entryway where the runway show played on-loop. Keegan Singh and Natalie Joos swung by to support LaCava, checking out the Fall collection in person. Carven associates were on hand, explaining how the runway looks were adapted for retail. A percentage of the night’s proceeds benefitted the Youth Anxiety Center at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
