Other details: Friday afternoon, Georgina Chapman and Karen Craig, designers of Marchesa, with Melissa Davis, Shopstyle EVP, hosted an intimate preview of the Marchesa Voyage x Shopstyle capsule collection. The afternoon soiree took place on the beautiful Gramercy Park Hotel terrace. Partygoers were treated to an #NYFW oasis, cocooned underneath elaborate trellises and served light refreshments. Actresses Jamie Chung and Meghan Markle arrived early to check out the exclusive capsule collection, where prices range between $149-$595. Markle swung by the preview, wearing chic, crisp white trousers, before heading to the US Open. Chung and Markle chatted near the bar, before Chapman and Craig arrived to greet them. An impromptu scavenger hunt took off as soon as Chapman lost her diamond ring. The designers and Shopstyle staff immediately took to crawling across the terrace, solidifying the teamwork behind a successful collaboration. Olivia Palermo, Katrina Bowden, and Peyton List also popped by to support the Marchesa designers and e-commerce site. The limited edition line boasts six pieces and will be available exclusively on ShopStyle.com starting Tuesday, September 9th.
