Gilligan's: The Final Sunset

Other details: Following a summer full of wood-fired pizza and spicy watermelon margaritas, Gilligan's at the Soho Grand hotel bid farewell with a blowout party last night. The outdoor restaurant and bar was filled with regulars, which included a bevy of downtown New Yorkers such as Mike Nouveau, Tommy Saleh, and Lawrence Lee. Shots of whiskey were being passed around, but most of the patrons were trying to get their last taste of the watermelon margaritas and pisco shrub cocktails. Model and restaurateur Lincoln Pilcher, who also runs Ruby's, Kingswood, Dudleys, and the Moby Dick's pop-up in Montauk last summer,  was sad to see the end of the Gilligan's but was looking forward to what's to come next.
