Other Details: After a screening of Federico Fellini’s La Dolce Vita, brought to guests by the one and only Martin Scorsese, the A-list crowd heads over to the Top of the Standard. Karen Elson, Leelee Sobieski and a headband adorned Arden Wohl sat at a banquette chatting, Josh Harnett drew gasps and googly eyes from ladies and certain gents, and Adrien Brody gave his attention to a skinny blond. While I can't find any pics to confirm my Jack Daniels-impaired spotting, I am pretty sure I saw Jessica Simpson and she looked plumper and less well kempt than usual causing someone next to me to muse out loud, "Are those extensions?" If it was her, she's definitely pulling her look from Britney Spears. At left, Susan Sarandon dishes with Matthew Broderick in what I'd like to imagine is a scene from Ferris Bueller's Day Off : The 30 Year Reunion. [Via]
