Other details: Last evening Richard Chai, in collaboration with Effen Vodka, premiered his newest cocktail dress at the Dream Downtown's Electric Room. Effen Vodka served up three signature cocktails for the crowd as they viewed Chai's latest design that was inspired by the Effen Vodka bottle itself. Guests mingled with one another while enjoying passed hors d'oeuvres and fashion inspired drinks such as the Glamour cocktail. When Richard Chai took the floor, his newest cocktail dress was well received by the crowd.
