Other details: Last night, the second annual Sip for the Sea fundraiser took place at the Central Park Zoo. In the beginning of the night, the restaurant and vendor stations were opened and there was tasting of the Hess family estates premium wines from four continents. There was also a blind wine tasting table hosted by Wine Spectator. There were an array of tables with seafood, desserts, and wines which guests got to taste out of complimentary wine glasses provided by the New York Aquarium. There was a chat with Paul Greenberg, author of a American Catch and also with Merry Camhi (director of WCS New York Seascape program), John Dohlin (Vice President NYA), and Sue Chin (Vice President of Planning and Design).
