One of the biggest hits of the night was Dominuqe Ansel's presentation of his newest culinary invention, the Waffogato, a waffle-affogato hybrdid which is a waffle made of ice cream and topped with maple syrup espresso. Chefs Marc Forgione and Scott Conant made an appearance at the event and several chefs were available for book signings and autographs.
