Other details: Last night, Openhouse Gallery hosted a private reception and preview of "Norwegian Icons: Important Norwegian Design," an exhibition series focused on Norwegian treasures from the mid-century (1940 – 1975). The exhibit, which has already has successful showings in Oslo and Tokyo, will open today and run through June 1st at Openhouse. It will be paired with Norwegian artworks, including over 5 works by world-famous artist Edvard Munch.
