Other details: Last night, Waris Ahluwalia hosted the Aldo Fights AIDS event at Chez Andre at the Standard East Village. The event was held to celebrate Ahluwalia's new bracelet collaboration with Aldo created to raise awareness, support, and money for the fight against AIDS. Lindsay Ellingson, Julianna Marguiles, Leigh Lezark, and more came out to support the efforts, as they enjoyed bites from Cafe Standard and drinks throughout the night. Renowned DJ Justin Miller spun the event, and following a speech by Aldo's Douglas Bensadoun and Waris, the band Wild Belle performed a set to the excited crowd. The bracelets go on sale beginning February 1st.
