Well, the most haunted home in Ohio definitely looks terrifying, and the local lore that goes along with it isn't much better. Built in the 1880s for wealthy German immigrant, Hannes Tiedemann, the "castle" was the site of four Tiedemann children deaths, as well as multiple murders in the secret passageways around the ballroom. In the 1990s (around the time it was owned by Judy Garland's last husband), a skeleton was found in a closet. Today, visitors hear babies crying in the walls and spot a woman in black staring out of the tower window.
