Finally! The much-anticipated new restaurant in the landmark Beekman Hotel has opened its doors. Fowler & Wells, from star chef Tom Colicchio, promises a menu filled with throwback New York classics, such as lobster Thermidor and beef Wellington. The decor at the stunning space only adds to its turn-of-the-century glamour; and that lit-up Edgar Allen Poe portrait certainly doesn't hurt.
