This new Brooklyn barbecue spot is serving fresh off the grill cuts of delicious, juicy meat. Holy Ground is DJ/Chef Franco V’s love child with traditional Southern barbecue and modern cuisine. Vegetarians fret not: there are veggie options thanks to the joint’s health conscious menu. In a great outdoor space in Williamsburg, this place is the ideal Sunday lunch hangout. Disclaimer: the hunk grilling the meat does not, unfortunately, come with the meal.
