River Café
Being proposed to underneath the Brooklyn Bridge might not sound super enticing...unless it's at the River Café. Even if it didn't have the best view of the skyline in all 5 boroughs, the candles, flower arrangements, and piano music would be enough to make him propose. The owner Michael O'keeffe recommends dangling the ring from their signature dessert, the chocolate replica of the Brooklyn Bridge.
