Two years ago, this high-end Italian restaurant in the West Village became the first spot in the city to be run completely on iPads. De Santos diners view their menu and select their meal choice on the iPad, as well as swipe their credit cards on the device when finished. On the other hand, both the food and the space of De Santos are traditional, located in a historic brownstone with a rustic interior and beautiful garden patio.
