Boasting itself as a "classic Australian cafe experience," like, whatever that is, Bluestone Lane is a sweetly-modern, semi-beachy West Village corner space that has been attracting quite the line of excited diners since its opening. If you're not one of the lucky few to get a table outside, grab a spot at their bar-lined windows instead and peak out onto Perry Street while taking in some fresh air. To keep with the aforementioned, questionable "classic Australian cafe experience," we recommend the Brekkie Board, the Baked Bean Eggs, or - what may possibly be one of the biggest bowls of trendy around - the Hot Coconut Quinoa Porridge, drizzled with warm blueberries, almond butter, and topped with banana, coconut, chia seeds and roasted pistachios. Honestly, we're pretty sure this dish was created on some type of hip dare. Still, we're all about it.
