Hailing from Boston, Chef Bissonnette and restauranteur Ken Oringer have brought the famous Toro to NYC. Toro offers a modern twist on traditional Spanish tapas, with dishes like the Huevos Diablos, deviled farm eggs with tuna belly. The menu at Toro is categorized into five sections, cold and hot tapas, pinchos, paelles and tapas a la plancha.
