Piora
Piora is a tiny West Village restaurant that's been a huge hit since its opening this fall. Chris Cipollone is the chef behind Piora's menu, which offers a variety of some of NYC's favorite dishes, with options ranging from a Duck Confit with earl gray, plum and cucumber to a Tortellini made with Kuri Squash.
