Hirohisa
No restaurant guide can be complete without a little Japanese cuisine. Hirohisa was started by former Sushi Samba chef Hirohisa Hayashi, who specializes on Kappo cuisine, a traditional style of Japanese cooking. This Omakase-style restaurant offers a seven course menu for $100 and a nine-course menu for $150.
