Dave Pasternack's new Chelsea restaurant, Barchetta, offers some of his renowned Crudo dishes from former restaurant Esca. His new restaurant offers 11 crudo plates influenced by coastal Italian cuisine along with a six-course curdo tasting menu for $30, a fun and affordable date night option.
