Although you may not take advantage of the outside seating this New York Restaurant Week, Isabella's is a great place to spend either lunch or dinner. Located on the Upper West side, the resto's Mediterranean-inspired food is absolutely divine. The prix fixe menu includes dishes like steamed mussels, maple brine chicken, and caramel chocolate torte.
