The Musket Room
The saying goes that we eat with our eyes first, and the chefs at the Musket Room take this saying very seriously. Each dish is like a carefully composed piece of art, so enchantingly beautiful you almost don't want to eat it -
almost being the key word here. The owners here are veterans of the popular AvroKO hospitality empire (Public, Saxon+Parole), so it's obvious they know what they're doing. The chef Matt Lambert is a New Zealand native, and brings with him the country's diverse and colorful cuisine. Diners here have a option of three ($65), six ($75), or nine course ($115) tasting menus, so you can choose whichever one fits your mood.
