Macelleria means "butcher shop" in Italian and the space used to be an actual meat locker in the Meatpacking District. Despite sounding ultra-meaty, Macelleria is actually a cozy, rustic restaurant that places your experience at the intersection of trendy and familial. (Weekdays lunch and dinner, Sunday dinner.)
