Austin-based food truck owner Teddy Bricker is exactly the kind of cool young chef you'd expect to find in the Lone Star State's most hipster city. He's serving up meals on (literal) wheels at Soursop, a southeast Asian-inspired truck parked in St. Elmo Brewing's beer garden.
